Hi,

I am in the process of migrating to J4, and am using a different temporary web address on the occasion. Unfortunately I cannot install SPPB 5.1.1 pro on this site.

All the old SPPB and Helix extensions for the J3 are disabled.

I get this error message when installing:

Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::delete: Path is not a folder. Path: [ROOT]/administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/builder

Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::delete: Path is not a folder. Path: [ROOT]/administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/layouts

JInstaller: :Installer: SQL-feilet Duplicate column name 'catid' Extension installation aborted.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards Arne Opheim

Hi,

I believe there has been a misunderstanding here, and that you have installed the newest SPPB on fjeldetsbataljon.no? This is a J3 site, that I now am going to upgrade to J4 through a temporary site (fjeldetsbataljon.no/mm4) as I wrote in hidden content. As a result of this, the site fjeldetsbataljon.no has stopped working, and must now be reset.

I can't find that you have installed the newest Page Builder on fjeldetsbataljon.no/mm4, where I got the error messages I referred to. Could you pleas look into this?

Best regards Arne Opheim

Create an staging site and I will try to check your issue. Cause, your site is live.

How to create a staging site

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ms8hPQfM3xfF4XUO0W4pUZAhzGUqxBwD/view

  • Create a subdomain from your cPanel.
  • Export your existing site's database from PHPMyAdmin.
  • Create a new database.
  • Import the existing database to the new database.
  • Update the configuration.php file.
  • Go to the administrator section of the staging site.

-Thanks
