Menu Builder Doesn't Appear

Hello, I'm building a website with a menu bar. Now I want to add a new menu record. The normal way I did this, is to add the new menu record in the menu builder in the Helix Ultimate Frontend Editor. The problem is, that the menu builder doesn't really work anymore. For more Information:

I also can't use the Save or Cancel button.

Maybe anyone can help.

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please disable the mod_security (from your server) and rocket loader from your cloudflare. Besides, If you use PHP 8, then downgrade your PHP version 7.4.

Hi,

the error is fixed and came from the .htaccess file. The exact problem is not exactly clear for me.

Now it works for my website.
