Off-canvas Mobile Menu Doesn’t Appear

I am experiencing an issue with the Yamas template.

The desktop menu is working fine, but the off-canvas mobile menu doesn’t appear.

Here’s what I’ve done so far to troubleshoot:

Updated both the JoomShaper template and SP Page Builder to their latest versions. Increased all relevant server configuration parameters, including the memory limit. Please find the site super admin access in the hidden content for further investigation.

Hi. Try to reselect offcanvas layout in template settings, save, clean cache

The selected layout must be highlighted

sorry sir, i misunderstood.

it has been 1 day, no one bother to check this ticket.

Joomshaper isnt fullfiling customers expectations at all.

Additionally, please note that the Yamas template is not officially supported with Joomla 5, which may contribute to compatibility issues. For optimal performance, we recommend using a template designed for Joomla 5.
