Hi,

is this custom header or predefined?

If custom, in Logo column choose col-xs-8 for mobile view.

If predefined, add this custom CSS:

@media (max-width: 580px) {
#sp-logo {width: 66%;}
}

Hi,

I have the same issue on multiple websites. See list in hidden content textarea. As you can see, there are quite a few websites. These were all made a few years ago in Helix3. I don't know exactly when the problem started, after which update. I do many updates automatically and I check the websites randomly. However, this issue only occurs on the mobile view, so I didn't notice it before.

I assume that I can solve this for all websites with a simple piece of css code in the custom.css file.

I look forward to your response as soon as possible, after all, these are all live websites.

Regards, Remco

In addition to the above post. I know it's probably my own fault because the Helix3 framework has been updated to the latest version, but I renamed the templates on these websites. (I haven't been doing that lately since I've been working with Helix Ultimate for a couple of years now).

Still, I'd appreciate it if you come up with a quick fix for the issue as mentioned :) I will eventually have to renew all websites and convert them to Joomla4.

Hi Martin,

I don't expect you to help me either but Paul or another Joomshaper team member ;) I'm simply replying to this post because it's the same issue. That way you don't get a mess of duplicate forum topics.

Helix3 should be updated in next days again. But I always recommend to update one by one, with deep testing. Not as you probably did, "update all". Some templates needs changes in Layout - Header settings. SOme others shouldn't be updated yet, but you have to wait for offcial template update. You can always install older helix3 plugin to fix issues.

In case somebody needs, here is "old" Helix3 plugin: plg_system_helix3_2.5.8.zip

Use it - to reduce problems before REAL template update.

Hi Paul, thanks for version 2.5.8, this fixes the problem for now. Can't you include this issue in the new update? So that if we update to the latest version we don't have the same problem again?

As for your response about updating the websites one-by-one, it's not an option for me. I work 3 days as an employee and only 1 day a week for myself. If I have to check all websites (80+) completely after every update, that's a day job and I simply don't have that time. I use Joomshaper because I am very satisfied with the pro software, this is also the first time that something went wrong on a large scale with multiple websites.

I use Watchful to update my websites automatically because otherwise I simply don't have the time. I always make backups and they are automatically saved on my server so that I can always go back if something goes wrong.

Martin for some templates just wait for template update, and don't rush.

You're welcome.

On my side I use Manage.mysites.guru (it's altenative for Watchful)

but like with every update, it's worth spending extra 3minutes to check, especially if you carre of site visitors / owner.
