Gallery Not Visible

Hi,

I have a page with a gallery module. This page is displayed in two different areas of the site, with two distinct styles of the Helix Ultimate template on each. However, the gallery shows properly on one version of the page, while not visible on the other.

Please advice.

Rgds,

Rodney

Please check now. The jch_optimize plugin occurred the problem. Now it has been disabled and works fine. Thanks

Hi,

Do you have a theory as of the reason why the Carrousel did work in some pages and not in others? For reference, I did contact the develper of the Jch Optimize plugin earlier this month and asked the reason why the addition of image attributes by the plugin was not working. His response:

"I've checked the site for you and have confirmed the issue. It seems it is because of how the images are loaded. I think the extension that are loading the images are using some form of lazy-load application and because of that, the URL of the images are placed in a data-src attribute in place of the src attribute where JCH Optimize looks for them. "

Is possible that this had anything to do with the dissapearance of somer of the images, and if so, what can be done to have Jch Optimize working properly along your plugin, either by you or by the Jch Optimize developer?

Rgds,

Rodney
