Hi, my rsforms are not displaying or working correctly on desktop and mobile. I opened a support ticket with RSForms and after investigation and attempting a number of things to fix the issue, support had the following to say:

"from what I can see, you've disabled the form's Load Layout CSS / JS option, thus, the style that you're now viewing is inherited from your template or from other CSS you have loaded on your page. For example, I can notice that the SPPageBuilder component is adding some styles, it would be best to directly contact your template developers directly regarding such styling issues."

The checkboxes are not lining up correctly across from the label, and the input area is too far to the left and overwrites the label.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.
