Hello, I saw a customer who had Page Builder 65 addons. Mine only has 56. We both have the Page Builder Pro. Why does he have 9 more addons than me? I have the Agency version ... he has only normal version.

May I know, which template your customer is using, please? A few templates have some special addons specially made for the template specifically. And there are ways to create custom addons for SP Page Builder too. So users can make their own addons as well.
