Small Issue When Upgrading To J4

Hello all,
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has happened to me twice now, so either I am doing something wrong, or there is a bug I do not know about.
When I prepare a site to upgrade to J4, I make sure everything is good to go. I complete the upgrade, it works fine, but then I get this extra SP Page Builder Menu Link that shows up. See attached picture. It's link is basically a hashtag.
Two questions:
- How do I remove it?
- What am I doing wrong, or how do I keep it from happening again?
FYI, it does not affect the functionality of the website or backend. Just a bit annoying.

Thank you for your query. Can you try doing the following, please? In Joomla 4.x Admin: Content > Administrator Modules > find "SP Page Builder Admin Menu" - and disable that module.
If the problem still persists, kindly share your administrative access. Use the hidden mode to share the log in credentials.
