The Wimble template has a few different Template Styles. Would you please check that if you have changed the logo within the right style, kindly?

You may also check which page is assigned to which template style from the menu assignment tab.

I have found that you have set the logo image for "Wimble - Default" template only. I have set the logo for "Wimble - Transparent" template and it is working. You need to set these settings for all the wimble template variants as different template are assigned for different pages.
