If you have 4 languages you need 4 menu modules set with different Menu language inside, and assigned to each language. Just check settings on Spanish Menu module.

I tested on Android default browser, and EN and ES mobile menu is also OK.

but if you open it in mobile it will appear the one you send to me : https://prnt.sc/26csvhg whick is different than this : https://prnt.sc/26csuva

You selected the wrong menu in your off-canvas module for ES.
