I have reported this already once in the past.
On the page presented on the screenshot, when I move my mosue over trying to reach the menu it causes the entire menu disappear. Another words the moment my mouse gets into the RED SQUARE area the menu is gone from view so I cannot change anything.
There is also a problem that the ROW object is overlaping the MENU area so something is wrong either in the template or in SPB !

I have suggestions for you...
You can use the context menu to edit those addons. Context menu appears when you right-click inside of an addon, it gives you useful edit options right there.
Another suggestion is that you can create a new Row, put a divider addon there, then disable that row, and move that disabled row on top of all.
And keep it please, must be disabled, not deleted. Then you may be able to edit all rows below.

O, you can close this THREAD. I know what is causingthe issue and it has been reported. I am waiting for the fix. At the moment to be able to work I have to completely disable Social Icons feature ! :-(
