Hello,

I uploaded a 11MB video clip (mp4) via FTP to the videos folder of the installation but it doesn't 'show' up in the 'select video' option for video background in slideshow.

A smaller 3MB clip I uploaded via Joomla uploader works fine. Is there a file-size limitation for video background?

My apologies for the inconvenience.

Could you kindly try out the following steps to check if this helps you?

Please go to Global Configuration -> Media and then set the value in Maximum Size (in MB) field.
