Cannot Create New Pages

I can not create new pages within SP Page Builder. If I create a new page, save it and return to the "pages" area, no new page will be created. How can I fix this?

I can edit existing pages and saved changes are visible. The only problem is creating new pages.

Thank you for your query. Which template are you using, could you kindly mention, please?

Also, have you checked all the technical requirements and PHP settings?

A custom made template.
