Hi Paul,

Since I haven't heard from you, if I provide you my backend information and the frontend logo and logos for Retina and Mobile, will you be able to install them for me? Thank you.

If somehow you cannot upload logo via Template Options, use Joomla Media (or FTP tool), upload logo image to /images and then just choose image in Template Options - Basic - Logo (save)

Hi, Ariba,

Thanks to your response. I went over the documentation but I cannot find the layout for logo as shown in the 3 screenshots that I want to attach but cannot attach. Your other Helix ultimate Quickstart has "Basic, Logo, Header, etc." on the frontend but these features disappeared from this Quickstart, so I am planning to uninstall it and look for another Quickstart that works. You have to give me a more specific and detailed response. Thanks again.

Hi, Paul,

Thanks to your response. I went over the Media of my Joomla 4.0.3 platform but I cannot even see the image of the logo that I plan to replace it with mine. Where can I find the Helix logo? And I cannot find the Template Options – Basic – Logo (save) in my Template you mentioned. Thanks again.

You don't need Helix logo, please use your own (!) upload yours and choose it.

And I cannot find the Template Options....

You have to install and set as default Helix Ultimate template, this tip was not for cassiopeia template, that is default Joomla one, beyond our support.

Hi, Paul,

I am sorry when you were looking for the admin area, I did really enable the cassiopeia template, instead of the helixultimate template. So, when I finally was able to enable the helixultimate template, I notice that both the Firefox (https://imgur.com/o62B211) and the Chrome (https://imgur.com/akMa8CV) browsers are showing the frontend in "list" views while Safari (https://imgur.com/eSYqXoA) is showing the horizontal frontend. Please see links above to the screenshots. Also, I am trying to delete the "index.php" from the frontend navigation menu but I cannot. I renamed the ".htaccess" file in the folder of file manager of the site but the "index.php" still remains. Do you have any suggestions? I am attaching below the backend information of my Joomla website, ulattime.com/ulattime. Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,

Larj
