The Helix Ultimate is totally a free template as well as framework, so the quickstart pack of Helix Ultimate includes the lite version of the SP Page Builder by default. Are you still using the lite version of the SP Page Builder in the Helix Ultimate template? If yes, then please download the pro version from our site and install it over the lite one.

This should resolve the issue for you hopefully...
