Missing Page Title

On some pages I am missing Page Title while on the others it is shown. What am I missing ? Below there are 2 screenshots. One with and one without it.

BTW. How can I remove little "NEW" button from the menu item ?

I am sorry. I thought it is fixed but the problem reappeared again. Perhaps I do not understand something. Does the PAGE HEADER show up only on SPB PAGES or it should show up on any page (of course if it is enabled in the settings) ???

I have several pages where it is missing and the site looks quite inconsisten this way

It depends actually, No issue give me that specific page link so that i can fond out easily and remove that
