I would like to have the three across images on my website link to either an article or a text block. I'm a loss at how to accomplish this. I'm using Joomla 4, helix ultimate and SP Page Builder.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

In the Image addon, you can add a link in the settings. The link could be any article or text block on that page.
