Double Forum notification and deleting bell notifications annoying

Hi, why do I get all of your e-mail notifications about a posted comment twice?

And it is a bit annoying to click away in the forum the notifications in the bell one-by-one, any way to change that?

Hello Support,
when will the "Deleting Bell Notifications" issue here in the Forum beeing solved?
Its anyoing to delete them manually!
