As explained I use Translate for SP Page Builder. This stopped working in pagebuilder. The developer has this solution: https://www.faboba.com/en/composants/sppbtranslate/documentation/101-how-to-translate-article-integration-for-sp-page-builder.html But you suggested to change the language string? but i'm not sure what this does, what should be changed and where? (which line in en-GB.com_sppagebuilder.ini )

If you want to translate the addon header text, then it's not possible.

I do not recommend a third-party solution.
