Glad to hear that your problem has been solved. Have you increased the upload size by going to Global configuration -> Media or some other way? If you would kindly share where was the issue, that would be helpful for others who might face the same problem.

My Website is hosted by IONOS, two steps to solve the problem

1. change PHP memory_limit = 256M; max_execution_time = 60; upload_max_filesize = 64M; post_max_size = 64M;

2. change .htaccess Options +FollowSymlinks Options -Indexes

Now everything works fine
