Is There A Way To Select An Image Instead Upload In Blog Options? [helix Ultimate Based Templates]

I need to change from Joomla image articles to blog image articles in an entire site. The only option is to reupload all the images? Is not possible to select the uploaded image?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to select, you need to upload featured image in the Blog Options tab.
