I Can Install And Run Helix Ultimate, But Not Konstra

It's an odd thing. In a Joomla 3 test build, I can install and run Helix Ultimate, but Konstra template (not quickstart) generates a page full of errors with "scss" all over the screen - is the naked template only Joomla 4? If I clean out the root, the quickstart works - but I've already got seven years of content I need to import, and replacing the quickstart content would be a nightmare.

It looks like a conflict with Regular Labs Advanced Template Manager! I'm getting somewhere now.

Actually, I can install the Konstra template within an existing Joomla 3 environment at my end. Would you please let me know your exact Joomla version and PHP version?
