Sorry for the delayed response.

If you want to reduce the height of your topbar, then you can reduce the padding value there. As it seems set tp 20 px each for top and bottop padding. Here is the code snipet you can enter in your custom CSS:

#sp-top-bar {
    padding: 10px 0px;
        }

Please change the value as per your choice. If you want to work with the height, then you can use height in the above code too to modify it.
