Startupbiz_quickstart_j3_v2.1.zip Not Working Cannot Install

Hi, please can this be checked on your end. I have tried multiple time to install it and it consistently fails on Joomla installation.
My serice provider and i cannot get it to install.

We on using PHP 7.4 and that it fails during the final stage after you click install. Using MySQLi

It's Joomla core message, from Joomla installer. Are 100% sure that used by you database was correctly created with all privileges.
Maybe as 1st step of test try to install raw Joomla 3.10 package there.

Accepted AnswerHi Paul. I abandoned using Startupbiz and used Opus instead. Using the same databases and credentials as setup initially is worked perfectly. Please can you check Satupbiz on your side. Thanks
