Is it possible for you to try and use latest templates instead?

The latest framework is the Helix Ultimate. With this blog intro images automatically linked to the article details.

Hola, can you let us know please what templates compatible with Joomla 5 have this function (linked intro images)? I'm trying to change the code in blog_item.php but it changes the style of the page. Maybe you can share the example of the part of code what should be changed to have the intro imagen in blog view linked? Thank you in advance, un saludo, Asia

Actually, in the latest Helix Ultimate framework the 'Featured Image' in the 'blog media' tab works as intro image and it is automatically linked to the article details page. Please check the screenshot below:

Hola Rachida, I see, thank you. I can really use the Helix Ultimate, it's a great template and I still can change. Anyway (sorry for repeating the question) – is there any option to change the code for other templates to have the images linked. For exaplme, the already mentioned 'Shopin' seems to be also one of the latest, is J5-template and as I understand should be updated. Is there any otpion to change the code, like it was possible in the previous Joomla versions via blow_item.php? I'm checking all the option at the moment to decide how to continue working, so I would be very appriotiated you clear me this details – thank you in advance :) Un saludo, Asia
