Thanks for contacting us.

The Appico template is pretty old and made with Helix V2, which is not supported anymore.

However, you can use a small custom CSS to enlarge your container max width:

.container {
    max-width: 100%;
}

I also found the appico though old, but much faster than others. For example, the macro template shows the page after loading icon churning for multiple seconds, but the appico loads the page almost instantly.
