Helix Ultimate Issue In Microsoft Edge

Hello, how are you all?

I'm having trouble adjusting the top space of my website's logo and menu in the top bar in Microsoft Edge browser.

He's shifted further down. The detail is that if I remove the CSS code #sp-header .container-inner { padding-top: 10px !important; } of the theme, the tweak no longer exists in Chrome, but is correct in Edge.

Is there a way to reconcile an adjustment that is correct in both cases?

See example (execute in Chrome and Edge to see the differences): https://forscob.com.br

Hi,

thanks for your query.

I have checked your site and it is looking fine at my end if I remove the padding top. Here are screenshots:

Would you please give me screenshots indicating the issue?

Best Regards

So let's go.

In the first screenshot I show you, by turning off the parameter of #sp-header .container-inner { padding-top: 10px !important; } in Microsoft Edge, the alignment behavior is correct:

However, when turning this parameter off, the display in Google Chrome is compromised:

This is the detail that I'm not able to resolve at the moment.

But as I have shared the screenshots above for both browsers looking good at my end!

Did you check them?

However, would you please clear your browser caches and/or hard reload to see if it helps?

Best Regards

Of course, perfect.

However, I used an unconventional method to "cheat" the parameters that were causing problems in all browsers. I used this portion of CSS:

sp-header { background: #FFFFFF !important; height: 80px !important; box-shadow: 0px 10px 10px 0px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.25) !important; } sp-header .logo { height: 80px !important; } sp-menu { line-height: 80px !important; }

In this way, the logo, the menu were aligned vertically in relation to the top bar.
