Hi Alison,

So far I found those tips:

  1. https://www.howtogeek.com/748281/how-to-fix-this-website-is-using-significant-memory-on-a-mac/
  2. https://macpaw.com/how-to/webpage-using-significant-energy

My PC and Firefox/Chrome don't have any problems with your site, even when I have 20 tabs opended in the background. Mac Pro - also display it correctly. But I will ask others team members.

Thanks Paul

I was hoping for some help in reducing the size of the website - I do not have a good understanding of the 'compression' or similar functions of a website - can you help me with this?

I could help, but it's task beyond typical joomshaper support.

BTW My colleague tested your site on M1 Macbook Air - and No Issue

I just asked about enabling compression on Helix just the other day.

Unfortunetly, the answer was for me to use a 3rd Party extension.

Template compression will not help so much as you think. Indeed:

  1. Helix Ultimate was updated yesterday.
  2. 3rd part plugins have more compression features, that's why they work better. Which is quite obvious, because these extensions are dedicated only to the optimization, compression, speed up etc.
