Arino Template: Products Tag View Template Is Different From Products List View Template

Arino Template + J2Store I reopen a new ticket, since I had no response to the previous one more than a week ago.

The view of the product list visible from the menu item "Products List View" is different from the view of the menu item "Products Tag View" (see image below). I would like all the lists of the products to be seen the same way as those of "Products List View". I tried to vary the "sub-template" option in common options of the Tag View menu item, but no door to have a template equal to that of the Products List View.

Even the single product template is different depending on whether it comes from the "Product List View" menu or from the "Products Tag View" menu.

Please can you intervene by arranging the templates of the single products and of the product lists coming from the menu items "Products Tag View"?

I have seen that others have had the same problem in the past... for example here: https://archive.joomshaper.com/forums/shop-products-tag-view or here: https://archive.joomshaper.com/forums/products-list-view-and-products-tag-view-are-not-shown-as-the-demo

so I think you have found a solution if it is a problem common to many of your customers.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. The template overrides the component for the design purpose. The tag view design is not ready for the template.

-Thanks

However, this is an incompatibility problem that should be reported in the template data sheet. Because if I see an e-commerce template that adopts a certain component, I expect its compatibility to be 100%.
