Can't Assign Diffrent Templates Within One Page

Hi!
I am trying to assign one template to one page and another template to another page within the same site.
I have Template Red (no menu) and Template Green (with menu), I have assigned each template to a difrent page but both pages keep showing up with the menu.
I am using the Menu Assignment tab from Templates: Edit Style and I am also using the Template Style in the Menu: Edit Item window but still it wont take the change (I have cleared cache many time).

You do not have access to the Administrator section of this site.
We cannot check menu item or template settings.

When the doctor comes everything gets well!
Any Idea why i wasn't refreshing?
