I created a reservations form for a client and it seems to work intermittantly. I have tried everything I can to get it to work but it doesn't seem to want to work for me. I can send Php emails from the site with no problems. The site email works fine. I'm at a loss as to why the form builder will not send an email.

Any suggestions or assistance is appreciated.
