Call To Undefined Method JModuleHelper::getModuleById()

I get Call to undefined method JModuleHelper::getModuleById() when I try to add a module into a K2 item.

This error disappears when I disable the Helix Framework and Template.

Everything works ok in Protostar.

How do I solve this issue?

Hello Joshua

Did you turn on K2 integration on SP Page Builder integration? If not, then go to SP Page Builder -> Integration and enable K2 integration.

The template doesn't use SP Page Builder. Its https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/organic-life
