Call To Undefined Method Joomla\Filesystem\File::getExt()

I'm migrating a website from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4.4.14. Everything was fine until I accidentally updated "SP Easy Image Gallery 2.1.1" and "SP Simple Portfolio 2.2.0" to the latest versions... and I got the error "Call to undefined method Joomla\Filesystem\File::getExt()" for both.

Fortunately, I had an older version of "SP Easy Image Gallery 2.0.4" I installed it, and it works now.

Can you send me a previous version of "SP Simple Portfolio" so I can try to fix it? Or do you have another solution? thanks in advance, Luke PS: The site is currently running on PHP 7.4.

Could you please check now? I have fixed the issues you reported.

I reinstalled the SP Easy Image Gallery and updated the SP Simple Portfolio extension code. Everything should be working properly now.

now it'f working fine on backend but not in the frontend :(

Please, download SP Easy Image Gallery latest version again and install, it will fix your issues.

Hy,

installed SP Easy Image Gallery latest version 2.1.1 again and doesn't work :(

Now i've solved installing older version 2.04... and it works.

to install the latest version I will wait until I can change the php version ;)
