Form Builder does Not Work

Hi there

Unfortunately the form builder does not work. There is also no "sent" or "failed" message. What am I doing wrong?

Hello Dominik

I have changed in the addon settings in the Contact page. I have removed {{site-name}} from the subject. I have used akso the same email in the From Email as in the Global Configuration. It works now.
