Various Buttons displayed as ▯ in SP Page Builder

Hello,

after performing a fresh install of Konstra template Quickstart Image, various buttons are displayed as ▯ instead of the symbols. Is this a known issue? Can you please help?

Hello Ofi,

problem solved, adding the following lines to the htaccess file, did the trick. Feel free to add it to your documentation :-).

########## Begin - SP Page Builder
RewriteRule ^administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/(.*)$ - [L]
RewriteRule ^components/com_sppagebuilder/(.*)$ - [L]
########## End  - SP Page Builder

Sorry for this inconvenience.Could you please clear your Joomla and browser cache and check again?Please let me know is this ok or not.

-Note: If possible keep a backup and upgrade your SP Page builder. Its too old version. You can get the upgrade version from here:

Helo Mehtaz,

I am using chrome - no change after clearing joomla cache, browser cache (shift-control-delete, dev tools with clearing cahce and complete reload), using incognito mode and update to sp page builder 3.8.3. Issue remains unfortunately.

Interestingly, it works in firefox, therefore it appears to browser (here google chrome) related. Any other suggestions?

Meanwhile, I even tried a complete re-install auf Chrome, without synching my profile (make sure this is not related to any extensions and my profile). No change, unfortunately.

Hello Ofi,

thanks for the hint. The issue is due to the htaccess file. After renaming it it worked. Whatsoever, I am no paying user of htacces maker, therefore i ttried to manually fix the issue by placing the following to line into the htaccess file, but did not got it running.

########## Begin - SP Page Builder
RewriteRule ^administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/*$ - [L]
RewriteRule ^components/com_sppagebuilder/*$ - [L]
########## End  - SP Page Builder

Can you please check and provide the appropiate lines for htaccess from your point of view as vendor? I guess this would also help others.
