Addendum: But the preview works.

Hello, the problem is solved: If the preview works, then everything must be fine with the SPPB.

So once again the problem sat in front of the computer. The problem was myself. I replaced an old template and took Helix 3.0.3 for it. The contents remained thereby, thus the whole menu structure and all contributions etc..

But I had forgotten at the menu entry in the main menu to change the menu entry type from URL to SP PAGE BUILDER PAGE.

A very stupid mistake, that's all it was.

Sorry for the trouble, make it good and I wish you still a good time. Greetings

Hello Team joomshaper, I have updated Helix 3.0.3 and SPPB 3.8.9 again. But unfortunately still nothing is displayed on the website in the frontend. Only the preview works. Only modules and content that are set to positions are displayed. I have passed you login data in PM, please get back to me, I need help, what is wrong? Many greetings Dietmar

Hello

I have checked the first three possibilities, but these solutions offered are not applicable, because I do not have these errors at all.

The fourth possibility remains. I will try this one. PHP Server settings.

I want to repeat again what is the problem: I am working in the backend and I have created a page with the pagebulider. In the preview it is shown to me, but when I switch to the frontend to the website, I don't see anything of this created page.

If I create and edit a SPBB module in the backend and then publish it to a "position", then it shows on the web page. Likewise any Joomla articles etc.

Honestly, I'd rather your experts come into the backend once and take a look. They will see it much faster.

Many greetings Dietmar

Hello, you are welcome to view the home page here: http://www.nautours.com/

You can reach the backend with the access data I sent in the hidden content.

Which image would you like to see? The preview? Or the blank page? On the empty page you see only the normal homepage but without the page I created in the pagebuilder.

Everything you can see now on the homepage, I have displayed through modules on position and article in the menu.

I send nevertheless times two pictures with. https://ibb.co/zJ2T6Pz https://ibb.co/DGzb9vV

Many greetings.

Hello, I am sending in hidden content my PHP settings for PHP 8.0.

Additionally I added two php.ini with the code "allow_url_fopen=1" at /administrator and at /administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/helpers.

But the problem still exists.

Please check it yourself in the backend. Thanks in advance.
