Responsive Problems

SP Page Builder 3 years ago

I've placed an image carousel add-on on a testing site and am having all sorts of issues on different screen sizes. It doesn't seem to automatically resize without having to manually change the height in SP Page Builder. I'm not sure I can use it if it doesn't resize dependent on the screen size. Manual overrides are pointless because there are so many screen sizes now. I am using a iphone X to test and it looks squahed and distorted. It's not even centered on the page! Thinking of abandoning SP Page Builder completely. Perfection is critical in my line of work. http://peterowe.com.au/new/portfolios/illustration

Thank you for getting back to me. The image carousel is distorting on some screen sizes and is not centred on my iphone X - although it looks right on the preview.

It's an iPad Air 2. Not sure of the pixel width. Surely the screen size is irrelevant if the image carousel is supposed to automatically resize to fit?

Page Builder support 3 device size.

Mobile Tablet Desktop

That's why need to know exact size to write custom media query css.

In that case the iPad Air 2 has a screen size of 768px. So does that mean if the site is viewed on an iPad Pro whose screen size is 1024px or a Samsung Galaxy at 740px, that the image will be distorted?

This is not working for me. The add-on is not fully responsive and although it can be forced to work on specific devices, if I look at it on a laptop the images are distorted.

I like SP Builder as a tool, but I can't use it for the purpose I purchased it. I may, on the other hand, look at some of the Joomshaper templates and hand build sites in the usual way, using third party galleries and extensions.

Is there any chance of a refund on the purchase of SP Builder as I will not be using it for any live sites in the future and it was a significant cost?

I thank you for the time you have spent trying to resolve this situation.
