Error On Changing File In Template

Hello!
After Update to a newer Shaper_HelixUlitmate-Version it is not possible to change file-content. Every Time when I want to change a file i get following error:
File „/administrator/templates/shaper_helixultimate/www/htdocs/<xxxxxx>/joomla4/templates/shaper_helixultimate/css/custom.css“ in Template „shaper_helixultimate“ change -->Danger The source file could not be found
also adding a new file is not possible
danger An error occurred while creating the file. An error has occurred! The file could not be created.
what is the problem?

Accepted AnswerSame problem occurred for the Joomla Default template. Will you please contact your hosting provider and let them know why occurred on your server? Thanks
