As 1st step disable and uninstall not needed languages and disabale language plugins, it's Joomla core features, not from Joomshaper extension.

For example, as I did here etc. Arabic uninstalled as well to show you it's easy.

About what Google indexed so far, you have to make 301 redirections for those links, remove them from Google Console and update website sitemap (sitemap.xml) .... more can tell you SEO Expert from your country/city.

In general it's task for ~1 hour, then you have to wait for Google reindex.
