Hi Carol, as may not know, but configuration.php file should be created during Joomla installation. Instalator is from Joomla itself, we olony updated demo database sql file from it.

Please check if on this same server you can install clean Joomla from joomla.org, just to be sure.

I all ready install clean joomla 4 several times, and everytime I want to install it from Quickstart Package I can't pass though 4 step because this file is missing.

My idea is that.

If during clean Joomla 4 installation confirguration.php was created, please keep it for QuickStart installation, and copy via FTP when Joomla would said that is missing.

Of course use this same database info and prefix, but after clean Joomla installation CLEAN database tables.

OR

Just take confirguration.php from different your Joomla site, and just update database, prefix and tmp folder lines.

If somehow it's too complicated for you please write to me and in Hidden content share FTP access + URL + database info etc.

If I try again I can login but any button that click on and my session is logout again
