Template File Missing For Helix ? (magnin Quickstart)

I have Magnin quickstart. But in menus and everything the language file looks like it missing ? I see this: https://ibb.co/gdxkRDd

How can i get the language back?

method 1 , edit : language\en-GB\en-GB.tpl_magnin.ini

It does not work. I don't have actually a en-GB.tpl_magnin.ini in my root/language map. And also on my mother language nl/NL no file inside. Does the quickstart package of the Magnin template maybe another file? I downloaded en-GB.tpl_shaper_helixultimate.ini and rename it, but it does not make any sense.
