Unable To Modify A SPPB Module

Hi,
We have a SPPB Page builder module created in our Joomla Web Site. I need to modify the content of the addon used in the module but i am unable to as it keeps giving me an error that i am not permitted. I modified other modules in the same site and i have no problems except this one. Why?
I am having this problem since SPPB version 3.8.4. The joomla is the version 3.10.5. Template and Wayne template version J3 v2.0.0. Please see the screencaps:

I think there are other bugs. I am now installing test site and testing the features all over again. I am worried about your version 4. I tested and found it buggy at installation step.
Please get this bug fixed as i cannot update the telephone number in the module i am editing.

I just updated with version 3.8.6 and damn problem did not resolve. So frustrating. You want us to give you acccess to our production site? We have many application components with ids and passwords in there. I will try get one setup.
