Please add the following css rule in custom css section and change the value 115px in order to reduce the height of the breadcrumb section.

#sp-page-title .sp-page-title {
  padding: 115px 0;
}

If you want to disable the section go to the menu item and from "Helix Page Title" tab you can disable the section. Also from here, as shown in the screenshot below, you will be able to change the background color.
