1. Please update SPPB to the current version 3.8.6, if you have the old one.
2. If you have the current one, disable Database Cache
3. Make also test using Joomla Custom module, are changes are saved there? If not, it's database cache from your server settings.
4. Where you have hosting, what hosting company name?

I must admit that I don't know about the others since this is fresh instalation, I didn't check the others .

I checked two modules and they are 100% OK. I used Firefox browser during test, and as you may see in my video (link below) I couldn't reproduce your problem. Can you record your video as well. Maybe use Firefox or Safari.

But you are right. I used the Chrome and it works fine. Oauu, I didn't know that the browser can be the issue. So, it is ok, I can work in Chrome. Thanks. But I can send you a video of safari if you tell me how to attach it.
