Hi, It looks like missing file, or broken path.

Make site backup, uninstall all helix plugins and install again. Just reinstall with Helix Ultimate 2.0.7 template, it should help.

If not there are other ways.

I exported muy settings and then uninstalled Helix Ultimate, and then tried to install Helix Ultimate 2.0.7 and still getting the same error below.

Can you ask hosting support what can be a reason. In last couple of weeks only you had this issue.

AND please first check if all those folders and files exist (!) Use File Manager (cPanel) or FTP tool.

I will check with the hosting provider (Godaddy) not sure if they will be any help but I will try that.

The files are there at the start of the update or install process for 2.0.7, when it fails and I check they are no longer there.

Could you tell me what directories and Database tables are updated with the upgrade, that way I can update the site on another server and just copy those tables and files back since the site is hue I don't want to have to copy everything.

Download Helix Ultimate quickstart 2.07, unzip and upload those folders from it

1. plugins\system\helixultimate
2. plugins\system\TmplHelixUltimate
3. templates\shaper_helixultimate
4. language\en-GB\en-GB.tpl_shaper_helixultimate.ini

Then check if Helix plugins are enabled in Joomla admin.

I copied the files from above, and the site shows the template and plugin at 1.1.4 still (I assume something has to take place to update that) and they show as active.

I can tell something changed as the background color of white is no longer working on the site and the mobile menu is not working. When I go into the template to look, I get this: 0 Class 'HelixUltimate\Framework\Platform\Helper' not found

Access is in the hidden area, I think its more Godaddy servers don't like me since I don't like them :-) I am going to need to re-make these changes on the live site so please keep track of them.
