Help!! Module Disappeared When Updating.

SP Page Builder 3 years ago

I am hoping you can help. I was updating a module for a client, a module that has been in use for about a year now. I am running SP Page Builder 3.8.6 with Joomla 4.1. I was editing the module and everything was going well, untill I saved the module. When the module saved it was completely blank, with the exception of the name of the Module. Now when I try to edit in the Front End, the loader just keeps spinning, the back end is empty.

I have cleared my site, and front end caches.

Please help, as this module took 5-6 hours to build the first time.

I can give site access if needed.

Tom

It works!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! You are the best, Toufiq!

Was there something I did wrong to be careful not to do again? All I was doing was updating the module, but maybe I did something I shouldn't have? Just curious...

You shouldn't use the large number of nested rows inside the module. Cause, each area has limitations.

Toufiq,

I understand now, and thank you. After seeing the site, you know that I am calling a Joomla module with the SP Page Builder Tabs addon.

I don't see a way to call another SP Page Builder page with Tabs addon, and building it in an article seems like it would have the same limitations.

Should I make each nested row an individual Module? Would that help with this situation? I am just looking for best practices so that I don't have to face this situation again in the future.

Thanks in advance.
