Kindly check if you have published a Category Blog menu item for the associated associated articles category. That menu item alias will be shown in the url address then. This way, you can get a good looking URL.

But why cant I cklick on the articles`?

I found the problem. Its related to the drag and drop feature. As soon its disabled it works again. Problem is on Google Chrome.

You should mark this as bug for future releases. Its only fine because I deactivated a function. Unfortunately I hvave other issues after upgrading. I cant open text addons within joomla articles : (

Which function of what element you have desabled? Can you explain more about it, please?

And screencast of your text addon opening issue will be helpful...

Actually, I need steps to reproduce and find the same issue at my end too to mark it as a bug. Otherwise it can be specific issue for you under a certain circumstances.
