Ok, do you have an ETA? Also, is the bug localized to it not sending email since Joomla site test email works fine it is failing trying to send email from contact form so assuming it's the widget/joomshaper page builder code that is the issue when sending a site email.

We've always used PHP mail, please clarify this doesn't make sense. Test joomla mail works, it is set to php mail, your contact form does not work.

The contact form works fine. Unfortunately, for the testing purpose changed your email address, Please re-set your email address inside the form builder.

I am following up on this again as the form is still not working for all senders. I did multiple tests and only twice did it go through. Sometimes I press 'send' and the page just reloads and empties all of the fields. Sometimes, I get an invalid captcha message, and sometimes I get a successful confirmation but nothing comes through. Below is the lists of test Ive done yesterday.

I tested it myself on my phone through my default iPhone Safari browser on iPhone, I didn’t receive an email even though I got a successful confirmation message.

Another user then tested it twice on two different PCs using Chrome, first she put an AOL email address for her email, the next time she put Gmail for email. The AOL email didn’t go through but the Gmail did.

I then did the same thing where I used an AOL email address and then a Gmail email address still in Safari on my phone. That time, neither of them came through and for both of them I got an invalid captcha message which are attached here.

I then tried it again but this time on Chrome for iOS, a browser I have never looked at the website in. I used an AOL account and that time I received no confirmation message or invalid message. It just reloaded the page and all the fields disappeared. And I didn’t receive any emails.

And for the last time I tried in Chrome using a Gmail address and it said invalid recaptcha.

Today I did another test. The other user sent emails in Edge browser using an AOL and gmail address for the sender. The gmail email went through but the AOL email didnt.

The other user and I are in different locations on different devices using different email addresses and of the six or so attempts we made, it’s only gone through those 2 times.

I just tried again on Mac Chrome with recaptcha turned off and it only went to/from the Gmail user but not the AOL user. So its not a recaptcha. Im not sure why there would be an AOL issue but my company has potential clients who email from AOL so we would need to make sure it works for them as well.
