Helix3 Or Helix Ultimate?

Hello! I wanted to choose an Educon (Helix3) template for a new site. But you say "Notice! For new projects, please consider using the Helix Ultimate template instead of Helix3." What does this mean? Helix3 will not develop? Is it possible to transfer template from Helix3 to Helix Ultimate?

those are two different products, templates.
If somehow you want to use Educon - it's still OK. But maybe use different education template that is already based on Helix Ultimate.
For Helix3 we publish only very urgent updates, but no new features anymore.
