SP Page Builder 3 years ago

SPBuilder does not load neither blocks nor layouts. I added my key in SPBuilder.

Can somebody help, please ?

Hi There!

Sorry for your issue. Would you please give me a screenshot of SP Page Builder options where you have put your email and licens key, please?

However, you will get all related info there: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/installation#license-update

And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache.

Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease: https://prnt.sc/vesh66

Hello, Yes I entered the key and my qdresse email correctly in the dashboard from page builder when I create a new page I have the 3 page builder buttons and I switch to fronted on the left I can clearly see the builder menu like on the joomshaper demo but when I click on blocks or layouts the cursor turns and nothing is displayed

hello, the problem is solved, a directory was missing 2 json files. Otherwise can you tell me how to change an image taken in the block and how to add text with the block on the image thank you in advance

Hi,

Glad that your initial issue has been solved.

You can try background image for your sections and then add textblock addon in the section. Hopefully it will help you!

Hi Rashida! I'm having close to the same problem, but with "blocks" only. Exactly the same issue on two different sites, albeit on the same hosting account. All else is working. Have repopulated the license and email in both. PHP 7.4 (have tried 7.3 and 8.0). Pagebuilder 3.86 on one Pagebuilder 3.7.15 on the other, but updating that to 3.8.6 didn't resolve the issue. I've rebooted. Subsequent to above, upgraded the 3.7.15 to 3.8.6 to no effect. I've rebooted, emptied caches, checked other trouble shooting issues you've given to others, attempted using Firebox browser (vs Safari). Nope, I'm still here. :-) As you will see when you try the sites, there is a syntax error in the javascript console ("cannot parse"), which is identical (ie. the same code line) in both sites. But understanding what causes it, or how to fix it are both well beyond my pay grade.

All other aspects of Helix Template and SPP appear to be working. Both sites are very simple installations & sites, (one is a clean fresh Joomla install), no other extensions or templates outside of Helix Ultimate and Pagebuilder.

Unfortunately it's been a while since I used SPP, so can't tell you if this issue is new or old.

hello, I think you have to put the 2 .json files back in the site administrator directory after redownloading the files because by emptying the cache the files are also empty for me, it works but it's true that it's not good.

Thank you Laurence. Which .json files in particular should I look for? Am I correct also in assuming you mean within the "Cache" folder of the Administration folder for the site? I think, though, it may be another issue, as my browser is reporting a specific and identical syntax error on both sites.

Update - "Uninstalled" SPP, then reinstalled it from a fresh download from Joomshaper. Problem still persists.
